Selected areas of Northern Ireland and the Scottish Highlands*

❌ We do not currently offer international shipping.

📦 Delivery Timeframes

Free Standard Delivery on orders over £500
Flat Rate: £39.99 for orders under £500
Remote areas may incur an additional charge (we’ll contact you in advance if applicable)

No one available at the delivery location

🧾 Damages or Delivery Issues

We take great care in packaging and delivery, but in the rare event your order arrives damaged:

Note the issue on the delivery slip, if possible.
Email us within 48 hours at cozycornersofas@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the issue.
