💳 Refund Policy – Cozy Corner Sofas

At Cozy Corner Sofas, we want you to love your purchase. If something isn’t right, we’ll do our best to make it right.

🔁 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided that:

  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging

  • You have proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

  • The product is not a custom-made or clearance item (these are non-refundable unless faulty)

❌ Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or issue refunds for:

  • Made-to-order or custom sofas

  • Clearance, sale, or final-sale items

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper assembly

  • Products returned after 14 days of delivery

💬 How to Request a Return

  1. Email us at cozycornersofas@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  2. Include your order number, item(s) you’d like to return, and the reason.

  3. We’ll respond within 1–2 working days with return instructions and the return address.

⚠️ Important: Please do not send items back without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

📦 Return Shipping

  • The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

  • All returned goods remain your responsibility until they arrive back safely. We recommend using a tracked delivery service.

💰 Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days to your original payment method.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

🛠️ Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery at cozycornersofas@gmail.com

  • Attach photos of the damage/issue and include your order number

  • We will arrange a replacement, repair, or full refund at no extra cost
